The InVue Labs Ad Guidelines govern all content submitted by agencies or advertisers (the "Partner") for use on InVue Labs inventory. To provide quality content and advertisements, these guidelines establish a minimum standard.
Content that is prohibited and content that is restricted is divided into two sections in these guidelines. The InVue Labs Inventory or Networks will not accept any prohibited content at any time. These restrictions are not subject to exceptions. As restricted content is considered sensitive, InVue Labs reviews and approves any creative that falls within each subcategory, as well as any content that is classified as restricted.
All Partners providing content to be placed on the InVue Labs inventory are bound by these guidelines, which may be amended at any time, at InVue Labs' sole discretion.
We have developed these guidelines in order to ensure advertisers can be clearly identified, to ensure consumers see the highest quality ads from InVue Labs, as well as to comply with requirements from our ad network partners.
We will have our network partners audit your site within 24 hours after you sign up with InVue Labs. Please contact us at support@invuelabs.com if your site did not pass the audit and request a re-audit. Resubmissions will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Adult Products
Ads are not allowed to promote adult products or services, such as toys, videos, publications, live shows, or sexual enhancement products.
Affiliates
Our affiliate program does not accept new affiliate advertisers, advertisers promoting products related to affiliate marketing, green label affiliate programs, or sites that advertise with Clickbank.
Alcohol, Drugs, Tobacco, E-Cigarettes & Steroids
Advertisers are prohibited from promoting the sale of alcohol, drugs, illicit drugs, steroids, or similar products across their ad networks.
Clarity & Unverifiable Claims
There should be a clear statement on your website about what your product is and what it does. Furthermore, it must not make claims that can't be verified by a reasonable method. Those advertising products to increase website traffic or followers on Facebook will be rejected.
Blogs/Informational Sites
There will be no acceptance of blogs that contain little or no content.
Dating Advertisers
Our policy prohibits dating, matchmaking, or dating advice sites and products.
Financial Products
Financial establishments, such as banks, credit unions, credit card companies, and credit loans, are welcome to advertise with us. Websites offering cash loans, stocks, forex, debt consolidation, and investment opportunities are prohibited. We do not accept or approve offers that promise to make you rich quick or make you money online.
Gambling
The sale, provision, or use of gambling products, services, and offers is prohibited. Advertising that facilitates or promotes online gambling, skill games, or lotteries, such as online casino, sports book, bingo, or poker, is strictly forbidden by most ad networks.
Redirects and “Gateway” sites.
We will not approve sites that simply redirect visitors to another domain.
Terms and Privacy Policy
Privacy Policies and Terms of Service must be posted on your site.
Weapons & Explosives
Advertisements cannot promote the sale or use of weapons, ammunition, or explosives.
Working-ness
Ensure that your website is working, complete, and functional, and that there are no errors on your server or browser. We will not accept "Coming Soon" pages.
Weight Loss Products
The sale of weight loss products, such as pills, is prohibited. This rule extends the previous "verifiable claims" rule.
General
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
